As a Remote Sales Manager you will be reporting to the President, Sam Ballard, and working closely with the Vice President, Michele Zaid.

About You

We are seeking a Remote Sales Manager that will take ownership over the recruitment of a remote sales team, continue to build and mentor the team to success, and help create a new gold standard in digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, training, and overseeing a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly quotas
  • Foster an energetic and engaged work culture by effectively coaching your sales force, generating performance increases through innovative solutions to operational challenges, and managing expectations to build trust and transparency
  • Manage business strategies for the long-term success of your team by forecasting, evaluating, analyzing and modifying your plan with the support of the executive leadership team
  • Embody our core values and help spread the company culture through action and policy implementation
  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to win business and grow accounts
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Report on team and individual performance
  • Maintain a high level of communication with all team members and management

Qualifications

  • Servant Leader with high emotional intelligence
  • Motivated self-starter that is deadline driven
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media, email marketing, and websites
  • Able to negotiate client proposals and contracts
  • High level of communication skills over the telephone and email

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of sales management experience of 5-person team or larger
  • Based in the United States
  • Expert command of the English language (written and verbal)

Preferences

  • Ability to stay organized and goal-oriented while working remotely
  • Experience logging information in a CRM
  • Comfortable using video conferencing software to conduct meetings
